1. How long for Zhongxin to deliver products?
The delivery period is according to the type of oredered products and quantity. ZhongXin’s normal delivery period is 15 to 30 days. The period maybe shorter as for the products have stock or it is ZhongXin’s regular product.
What way the products are packaged?
ZhongXin’s products are packged following regulations in this field. Inside we use double-layer plastic bag or aluminium foil bag and outside we normally use fiber container.
I need sample for quality testing before order, can you provide sample for this purpose?
Yes. ZhongXin can supply samples for testing purpose. The quantity around 10g is free. If the quantity required by Kg such as 2kg, the sample need to be paid.
Which port in China the products are exported? And can you guarantee the safety of deliver?
ZhongXin usually export products from TianJin port. If required, other main ports like Shanghai, NingBo, QingDao are also aviliable.
ZhongXin established complete delivery network. Through highway transportation, all products will be delivered to port safely and fast. Cooperate with strong shipping company, all products will be delivered to target prot in time. And ZhongXin also provide door-to-door service through DHL, Fedex or UPS,etc.
What is your payment?
Normally, T/T or L/C Zhongxin's regular payment. If special required by customer, the payment is negotiable.
What is the difference between standard extract and ration extract?
The standard extract means:
1) Such extracts are listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia which also listed its effective
constituent.
2) The effective constituent can be tested by certain testing methode such as UV or HPLC.
3) The standard extract contains certain content of effectice constituent.
The ratio extract means:
1) It has been not listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
2) The manufacture methode is totally different from standard one.
3) The ratio extract has certain effective effects, however, people cannot test the effective
constituent for no proper test methode.
